The Lively Lane Model Townhome is now open for tours!

The very first Lively Lane Block Party was a huge success! From live music and great food to a friendly free-throw competition, the day was packed with life and plenty of laughter.

The climbing tree has returned home? More than 35 trees will call Lively Lane home - but one tree couldn’t stay. However, its story didn’t end there…

We are excited to announce that the latest boost to the community solar array at Lively Lane is now online and actively adding power to the local grid! Check out the neighborhood’s live solar production and learn more about Solar Add-Ons in this blog post.

October and the first part of November have flown by! Site work has been in full swing. Here soon, the buildings will brush off their construction dust and get prepared for visitors and new homeowners.

Come take a look at Lively Lane’s first annual Neighborhood Block Party on December 7, from 2 - 6 PM! Enjoy local music, food & games, and tour our model Classic townhome.

And just like that fall is here! The entire project team is gearing up for a big push in the coming weeks and we anticipate that the 2025 addition will be open soon for first looks.
