The few '“Add-Ons” we do offer predominantly focus on helping you reduce your energy costs and helping you “Go Zero” by offsetting all or some of your home’s estimated energy consumption via projected on-site solar production.

To start, we’ve created a Go Zero package for each home’s floor plan that is sized specifically to offset the estimated annual energy usage¹ modeled by our independent energy-rater via rooftop solar. But everyone’s needs and budget are different, so we also have a variety of other solar packages and solutions for Electric Vehicles to charge and even run on sun.

All of our “Add-Ons” may qualify for the Residential Clean Energy Tax Credit which provides a 30% tax credit. You pay the price shown above under “Pricing” during the purchase of your home and then claim the tax credit when you file your taxes. Review the IRS Guidance and consult with your tax professional to confirm you qualify and can take advantage of the tax credit³.

Our GoZero packages are sized based on annual estimates of power usage for each home and solar production for each watt of solar installed. During sunnier months, your solar shares could generate more energy than you use, allowing you to offset other elements of your utility bill! During some drearier months, you’ll likely use more energy than your solar shares produce.

Lively Lane solar is grid connected without battery storage or backup. All our estimates are based on production guidance from our solar contractor, Lighthouse Solar, and energy use guidance from our independent energy rater, Fox Energy Specialists. Actuals will vary based on your habits and the weather.

  1. All solar production estimates are based on assumed annual production of 1.45 kilowatt hours per solar share. The projected electricity use is based on Fox Energy Specialists ekotrope energy model reports of each 2025 homes as designed. All 2025 homes within each home type are then averaged together to blend differences in consumption for corner vs. middle homes. Fox Energy Specialists inspect each home multiple times during construction and issue a final energy rating at the end of construction. Inquire to receive energy rating projection or certificate. All production and consumption calculations are speculative and assumption based. Factors including, but not limited to, weather, resident usage patterns and preferences, and occupancy will lead to variation between actuals and projections/estimates. Seller offers no guarantee of production or consumption.

  2. The Electric Vehicle Offset package is based on an assumed efficiency of 4 miles per kWh and 1.45 kilowatt hours per solar share. Our car-sharing vehicle operates keyless through the Quantum Mobility app. The keyless system functions via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, enabling vehicle access and startup even without cellular network connectivity. This ensures uninterrupted operation in areas with limited/no mobile signal

  5. Hourly rate is based on the Condominium Association’s initial contract with Quantum Mobility and is subject to change in the future. Developer has provided the Association with a lump sum initial subsidy to establish the $5 per hour rate for the first 12 - 24 months following the delivery of the 2025 homes. Future rates will depend upon the Condominium Association’s selection of vehicle and monthly guaranteed revenue commitment to Quantum Mobility. A 15-minute grace period applies to all rentals. If the vehicle is returned late beyond this grace period, late fees will be incurred. It is essential to return the vehicle on time to avoid additional charges.
