At Lively Lane, we’re doing it differently.  Since most of the elements that deliver a high-quality home happen behind the walls, we have meticulously specified upgraded products, systems, and construction techniques and made them standard for each and every home. Of course, finishes matter and we’ve upgraded those too. Inside each townhome you’ll find a Scandinavian-inspired simplicity that creates a clean canvas for your colorful life. 

Dive into the details of our specifications below. You won’t find things like bargain carpet, laminate counters, vinyl faux floors, discount lighting and plumbing fixtures, frumpy ceiling fans, or paint that wipes off the walls.  You will find hardwood flooring throughout, generously tiled bathrooms, natural wood trim, brand name plumbing fixtures, classic decorative lighting, and enhanced building systems that make Lively Lane different. Oh, and all homes at Lively Lane are sold move-in ready with a complete appliance package and roller shade window treatments.

At Lively Lane, community, safety, and privacy go hand in hand.  All homes come with a private, fenced rear garden and most private gardens open up onto a shared common yard creating layers of private and semi-private outdoor space for you and your immediate neighbors. Tight-sealing, Pella® casement windows are thoughtfully staggered to reduce direct sight lines and homes are separated by fire rated double-wall construction to minimize the transfer of heat or sound between homes.  And, all homes at Lively Lane are fire sprinklered to the NFPA 13-D standard to protect you and your family.  You won’t find that in your average home.

Building Emblems

Buying a new home is a magical moment.  As part of our move-in gift to you, select from one of eight building emblems symbolizing what your new home signifies to you.  At closing, we’ll mount your emblem under the gable of your new home.
