  1. The Electric Vehicle Offset package is based on an assumed efficiency of 4 miles per kWh and 1.45 kilowatt hours per solar share. Actual milage offset is based on individual driving habits, vehicle size and efficiency, actual solar production, and more. Your mileage will vary and Lively Lane offers no guarantee of

  2. Hourly rate is based on the Condominium Association’s initial contract with Quantum Mobility and is subject to change in the future. Developer has provided the Association with a lump sum initial subsidy to establish the $5 per hour rate for the first 12 - 24 months following the delivery of the 2025 homes. Future rates will depend upon the Condominium Association’s selection of vehicle and monthly guaranteed revenue commitment to Quantum Mobility. A 15-minute grace period applies to all rentals. If the vehicle is returned late beyond this grace period, late fees will be incurred. It is essential to return the vehicle on time to avoid additional charges.
