1st Annual Lively Lane Block Party in the books!

As the first homes come to completion, we thought it was the perfect time to celebrate the extension of Lively Lane with the First Annual Lively Lane Block Party. From live music and great food to a friendly free-throw competition, the day was packed with life and plenty of laughter.

This celebration marked more than just an afternoon of fun—it reflected exactly what we envision for the Lively Lane community: a place where neighbors gather, friendships grow, and the block buzzes with life. What promises to be the start of an annual tradition, it was a wonderful day to get outside in the lane with neighbors, friends, and family; and the celebration allowed everyone to pause from the day-to-day construction activities and appreciate how far the neighborhood has come.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the day special, including: Ton of Brass for the incredible live music, Balcon and Otsu for serving up delicious bites, and Lamppost for keeping us warm with lattes and hot cocoa; our friends at Resource Recovery, Quantum Mobility, Closet Factory, and Corridor Title for sharing insights with future Lively Lane homeowners; and to Nicolas Steglinski and Brad Oehler for their wonderful photos documenting the day.

As far as construction goes, the 2025 homes are racing towards the finish line with the Classic homes having achieved Energy Star, ZERH, and Indoor Air Plus certifications and the model home now ready for tours. The Clever and Completely Clever homes are up next for final inspections and punch, while the Innovative Live-Works and Completely Clever homes expected to clear these milestones in early 2026.
