Community Solar Boost Now Online!
We are excited to announce that the latest boost to the community solar array at Lively Lane is now online and actively adding power to the local grid! Installed on tops of the new carport and Clever Homes, an additional 88 solar panels, or over 38 KW of capacity, are available to any residents to purchase to lower or eliminate their electrical bills and/or EV charging expense. That brings our current site total to more than 200 solar PV panels turning sunshine into nearly 100 KWs of power capacity.

Our Solar Share program let’s residents benefit from the on-site solar no matter what roof it’s on — and we’ve prepped all rooftops at Lively Lane to be ready to host more solar as residents desire to add more in the future.
Available Solar Add-Ons
To simplify your journey to clean energy, we’ve created Go Zero packages tailored to your expected annual electricity use. While actual savings may vary, our Solar Carport package provides shade for your parking space and enough solar shares to offset typical consumption for the Clever Townhome or most of your usage in other home models. That’s also enough to power about 25,000 miles of EV driving per year—or any combination of home and vehicle needs.
Looking for something more personalized? We offer an “À La Carte” option, allowing you to choose solar shares in 435W increments to meet your unique goals. Either way, use our Add-On Package Calculator to estimate your solar potential.
It’s important to note projections are based on average usage and standard production. The true percentage of your utility bill that solar offsets will depend on the system size you select, your individual energy habits, and natural weather variations over time.
