Construction Update: November 2025

October and the first part of November have flown by and the Lively Lane site is further along than it ever has been! The living street truly lives up to its name now, with the permeable paver system and landscaping complete and ready for neighbors to enjoy. Our boardwalk and shared green spaces are coming together, rear gardens are starting to welcome their long-awaited bike sheds, and new exterior lighting is now illuminating the site. Up next: each building will receive an exterior wash to brush off the construction dust and prepare for move-ins for new homeowners. Inside, the Clever Townhomes and Classics Townhomes are getting their final paint, inspection, appliance installs, and cleaning before installation of solar roller shades. These will be the first homes to be completed and ready for those curious minds to tour. The Completely Clever homes aren’t far behind with all of the above to take place over the next three weeks, along with interior and exterior hardware installs. Meanwhile, the Complete and Innovative Live Works models continue to advance with trim and finish work well underway.
