Construction Update: Digging Deep
Progress continues at Lively Lane as we’ve started digging deep to cross the finish line. The exterior site is now receiving focused attention with bioretention installation and paver preparation transforming the area into a vibrant extension of an already thriving neighborhood brimming with native plant life. The Clever Townhomes are leading the way in progress, now receiving cabinets, countertops, and tile installations. Not far behind, the Classic and Completely Clever models are advancing rapidly with smooth-wall finish, paint, and tile work. Meanwhile, the Complete Townhomes and Innovative Live Works have finished drywall and await interior finishes with the latter starting the installation of a Santa Barbara stucco rain screen — the final exterior envelope of the project.
