Construction Update: June 2025
Progress is in full swing at Lively Lane! We’re excited to share that fixtures have started arriving, and wardrobe installations are underway—bringing our vision for beautiful, functional interiors one step closer to reality. But our focus doesn’t stop indoors—the exterior is coming to life as well. Our permeable paver system is officially taking shape, with the installation team now carefully placing the permeable sub-base aggregate. This crucial layer ensures superior drainage and long-lasting stability for the outdoor spaces, setting the stage for a durable, eco-friendly landscape. The Clever Townhomes are leading the way in progress, now receiving fixture installs and complete wardrobes, and by the end of June, flooring! Not far behind, the Classic and Completely Clever models are advancing rapidly with the cabinet and countertop installs along with fixture delivery and a final push on bathroom tile installation. Meanwhile, the Complete Townhomes and Innovative Live Works await cabinet and countertop installs, with the latter receiving texture and paint.
