Construction Update: August 2025
Lively Lane is looking more and more like the neighborhood we’ve been dreaming about. The rear yards and shared green space are filling in with fresh landscape, fences are going up to create private little sanctuaries, and brand new sidewalks are ready for some foot traffic. What has us most excited right now, though, is watching the permeable paver system near completion—the namesake behind the neighborhood, Lively Lane! These pavers don’t just look great for walking, biking, or even shooting a few hoops; they’re doing some clever work beneath the surface, too. Curious about the vision behind our “living street”? The Clever Townhomes are nearing their stage of finish— trim out, fresh paint, sparkling appliances, getting prepped for a final deep clean in the coming weeks. The Classic and Completely Clever models are moving along, as well, with trim work beginning soon. And over at the Complete Townhomes and Innovative Live Works, cabinets and countertops are the current focus—almost finished in some, just kicking off in others. If all goes as planned, these will be ready to roll out by the end of September. Needless to say, it’s an exciting month ahead on Lively Lane, and we can’t wait to start handing over the keys to these homes.
