Construction Update: July 2025
Lively Lane is beginning to show its form, thanks to newly poured curbs framing the project’s namesake. The installation team continues the process of the permeable pavement system by compacting each layer of aggregate to ensure stability, load-bearing capacity, and evenness, while still preserving the system’s permeability.
We’re also excited to share that all the townhomes have received their steel planters, the private rear gardens are officially taking shape with the mockup of the first bike shed, and the highly anticipated fences are soon to come.
Iside, the Clever Townhomes are powering up—electricity is on and wardrobes are nearly finished! The Classic and Completely Clever models are close behind, with cabinets, countertops, and fixtures going in. Over at the Complete Townhomes and Innovative Live Works, tile work is underway; counters and cabinets are set for the Complete homes, while fresh paint is brightening up the Innovative spaces.
