Construction Update: Momentarily Tan

Siding is up for most Lively Lane units, save for the board and batten at the Live Work units

With exterior steel work mounted and siding installation nearing completion, the exterior look of each home is gaining more definition.  All buildings have received exterior doors and siding, except the LiveWork building where the board & batten work is just commencing.

Next up for the exterior is paint. The design team has been reviewing on site samples and tweaking selections for the primary and accent colors.  Never fear, that pale tan color you see today will soon transform into a clean, primary grey that creates high contrast with the black trim elements and helps the bold accent colors you’ve seen in the renderings pop.

The site crews are preparing to remobilize for final grading, site concrete, landscaping, and paver installation over the next several weeks.

Moving inside, crews installed fire suppression piping and sprinkler heads throughout the project. The Clever townhomes passed ‘rough-in’ inspections and are now insulated and sheetrocked.  As the Clevers begin interior finishes in earnest, the other buildings are wrapping up mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins. The team will begin calling in inspections for those buildings in a rolling sequence.
