Construction Update: Vertical!
Progress persists at Lively Lane and we’ve gone vertical in a hurry. Wet site utilities are in the ground, rough surface grading is complete, foundations are poured, and more Lively Lane is emerging from the dirt. The six new buildings at are different stages of exterior construction creating a tidy picture of the sequence of construction. Read below for a bit more about what’s in-process now. The Clever Townhomes are the furthest along and are now receiving the first sturdy steel balconies and awnings. Sheathing, windows, and the roof underlayment have made the Classic, Completely Clever, and Complete townhomes mostly ‘dried in’ and ‘rough-in’ is commencing for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems. Last but not least, the Innovative LiveWork skeletons are bringing up the rear, with their visually-satisfying rows roof trusses on full display.
