Construction Update: Topping Out!
Now that the May rains have (finally!) subsided, things are picking back up at Lively Lane!
Framing is finishing up for Phase I homes and the outlines of our little pocket neighborhood are emerging. The exterior building envelope is now underway with sheathing installation in progress. Once this outer shell is in place, roofing, balconies, and windows will start arriving on site to complete the air and weather barrier before exterior finishes are installed and interior work can begin.
