Carson Properties is a real estate management, sales, and leasing firm native to San Marcos, Texas.  Since 1968, its principals have been leaders in Greater San Marcos real estate and continue to actively reinvest in the area and maintain an extensive internal portfolio of improved and unimproved real estate assets across multiple use types.  Carson Properties serves as the point-of-contact for new home sales at Lively Lane and will serve as the initial condominium association manager.

Colorspace Architecture + Urban Design was created in 2013 to explore sustainable design and development in the Central Texas region. Co-founders Sarah Simpson and John David Carson are both natives of San Marcos and share enthusiasm towards bettering the areas in which they live. They hold a portfolio of projects that have shaped the neighboring areas of Lively Lane and strive towards creating more walkable spaces. Colorspace serves as the architect and urban designer of the Lively Lane pocket neighborhood.

Woolsey Design | Build is a construction firm based in New Braunfels, Texas and is recognized as one of the top 3 design-build companies in the Central Texas region. They provide design-build services for custom residential, commercial, and new construction projects and serve as the general contractor for Lively Lane. They have worked on nearly 200 projects since the inception of the business established by long line of builders, craftsman, and industry professionals in the Woolsey family.
